What is the returns policy?
All products are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or sizing errors. However, if your order arrives defective or incorrect, we will resolve the issue free of charge: simply contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Are there any purchases that are non-refundable?
Yes. Almost all products are non-returnable because they are printed only when you order them. However, if it arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund.
When will I receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location: 3 to 5 days in the US and 5 to 20 days internationally. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships.
Where are the products manufactured?
I design each piece in Seville, and manufacturing is done through Printful at the production center closest to your address. This way, we reduce shipping times and maintain high quality.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on your location and the weight of your order. You'll always see it calculated automatically before finalizing your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Will the product colors be exactly as I see them on screen?
Probably not 100%. Every screen displays color differently, but our products are printed with very consistent color profiles. If your monitor isn't calibrated, there may be slight variations… but never a fluorescent green where a technical gray should be.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes. You can ship the order to a different address than the buyer's without any problem. Just make sure you enter the correct address during checkout. The package doesn't include a physical invoice, so your surprise will arrive intact.
Do you accept custom orders?
Generally, no, because each design is intended to function as you see it. But if you have a simple adjustment in mind—like applying a specific color to one of our designs—just ask. If it's feasible, we'd be happy to consider it.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Document the problem with clear photos and write to us at shop@gyginfographics.com
within 30 days of delivery. We will evaluate your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We manufacture in different centers around the world to reduce shipping times. Although your order may be subject to taxes or customs duties depending on your country, you will always be able to see the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
